What’s a Goddess Chakra?
Think of your Goddess Chakra as a feminine energetic center that ALL humans have. It’s where you filter through the “muck” + must choose to practice compassionate living in the way you are uniquely designed for.
Everything in nature has feminine and masculine qualities. Masculine is the idea of energy rushing forward. Feminine is the figurative container that holds or hosts the energy in order for it to be used productively in a greater system.
In astrology for example, each planet and zodiac sign expresses its individuality while being a part of a bigger team. Some planets/signs push energy forward while others hold energy to be used over time. It’s so mystically beautiful how this energetic geometry shows up in your birth chart for us to read like the stories that make up the chapters of your unique individual human experience.
By taking the time to reflect on your birth chart and the planetary energetics at play at different, impactful times of your life, you can better understand the boundaries you must set to show up at your best (most everyday), while being gracious with yourself (don’t forget your human), and leaning into your ability to author your own life (own your shit + thrive).
Whether you read through the Sun and Moon newsletters to apply the seasonal transits and cycles to everyday life OR get a reading, you’ll benefit from taking the time to figure out what self-compassion really is to you so you can create the best energetic balance between your internal + outer worlds with the grace + beauty of your unique, beautiful nature.
